You will be contacted by phone first, and if there is mutual interest, you will be invited to an interview to get to know each other better and understand your fit. There may be several meetings — with the HR manager, the head of the department, and possibly with other employees of the company. Be yourself and take an active part in the conversation, sharing your knowledge, experience and achievements. Also, do not hesitate to ask questions, that interest you.
Testing or case presentation is another opportunity to demonstrate your presentation skills and analytical abilities. It is also a chance to understand how interesting the job is for you. The test tasks depend on the job you are applying for and the knowledge required.
At the final meeting, you will be able to ask all your questions, learn about the team and your future tasks. At the meeting, you will be informed of the timeframe for receiving a response about the results of the interviews. Our HR manager will provide you with feedback by phone or email.
